This 1500m2 roof was heavily impacted by bird droppings from seagulls. With Rooflect we solved several issues:
- Significantly less heat impact, temperature drop of approx 25°C on the surface (ambient temperature 38°C, overcast day), significantly cooler on the floor below, with no A/C running.
- Seagulls are deterred from returning due to the highly reflective surface. The issue with bird droppings is solved.
- the roof is now protected from corrosion.
